Associate Product Manager

• Manage the product backlog and help prioritize work for the team.
• Create epics, user stories, and clear requirements for development partners.
• Gather business needs and translate them into technical direction for the delivery team.
• Support business case development using quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Collect, review, and analyze data to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Coordinate communication across internal teams and provide status updates as needed.
• Partner with stakeholders to support account management, sign‑in, and account creation experiences.

• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong internal and external communication skills.
• Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data.
• Solid storytelling skills with the ability to explain the purpose behind product work.
• Project management skills and the ability to keep work organized and moving forward.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.

• Previous product management experience.
• Experience with data analysis and using insights to guide decisions.
• Familiarity with AI tools that support productivity.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving.
