Project Manager, Operations Management, Change Management

Location: MN-Minneapolis, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Project Manager, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

• Lead projects within the Workspace Services portfolio
• Create and maintain plans in MS Project Server, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, invoice mapping, and time-tracking setup for billing
• Perform plan and forecast analysis to identify critical path and resource issues
• Partner with the team to build a communication plan covering internal and external communication, meetings, and reporting requirements
• Partner with functional resource managers to ensure work efforts are effectively resourced
• Follow the client release management process to schedule and manage code releases
• Monitor deliverables and quality, proactively identify risks and issues, and elevate to leadership as needed
• Interface with stakeholders to manage expectations
• Manage project documentation to client standards (Team Working Agreement, Agile Release Report, status reports, meeting minutes, risks, issues, decisions)
• Assure compliance with client delivery processes and standards

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of IT delivery management experience
• Broad delivery management experience spanning traditional project management and agile practices
• Strong communication and influencing skills
  - Knowledge of the SDLC
  - Proficiency with Microsoft Project Server
• Experience with formal risk management techniques
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders and managing expectations
• Strong relationship management skills
• Experience with change management

• PMP certification or other formal project management training

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $145,000 or the hourly equivalent.
