Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team supporting Transportation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing large and complex cross-functional programs and a proven ability to coordinate stakeholders, drive delivery, and achieve business objectives from inception through completion. Top skills include being proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to challenge constructively to remove obstacles and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business leaders to develop project plans, define milestones, and map interdependencies across initiatives, including related enterprise and external communications. Maintain organizational standards for stakeholder satisfaction, quality, and performance. Partner with sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers to define scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and schedule for new initiatives. Lead and manage project teams to achieve program goals.

Deliver outcomes against established business goals and objectives. Coordinate with other program and project managers to identify interdependencies, dependencies, risks, and opportunities. Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate program risks, and produce status reports for managers and stakeholders. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

5-7 years of progressive experience managing large-scale projects and programs. Bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field. Proactive, detail-oriented work style with a willingness to challenge assumptions to drive clarity and results. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred

Skills:

Project Management certification (PMI or similar), Change Management certification (Prosci or similar), and Lean Six Sigma certification and/or experience. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Background in Transportation, Fleet Management, or Logistics. Public speaking, facilitation, problem-solving, analytical, multitasking, organizational, leadership, and time management skills. Why BCforward?
