OverviewWe are seeking a Practice Assistant to join our Business Division group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, an analytic mind, and an interest in growing their legal career. This full-time position follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation of three days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities- Processing expenses
- Creating and revising documents
- Scheduling meetings
- Assisting with business travel
- Providing support with marketing and business development
- Assisting paralegals and legal administrative assistants in meeting deadlines
- Strong administrative skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Advanced technical skills in Microsoft 2010 Suite
- Willingness to learn new systems and applications
The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $20-25/hour. Compensation will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
