responsibilities:

Top Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of cost-benefit analyses for strategic initiatives and capital investments.

Establish standardized CBA frameworks, templates, methodologies, and best practices to improve consistency, speed, and credibility.

Partner with business, operations, analytics, finance, and technology SMEs to understand processes, identify value drivers, and quantify benefits.

Coordinate data collection, validation, and analysis activities across OGA and other supporting teams.

Develop transparent financial models, assumptions, and benefit calculations that can withstand leadership, finance, and governance review.

Drive aggressive project management of CBA efforts, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.

Facilitate stakeholder alignment and build confidence in methodology, assumptions, and projected outcomes.

Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and governance bodies.

Track progress across multiple analyses simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of executive-ready recommendations.
