Corporate Operations Support
Dynamic architectural and engineering firm in downtown Minneapolis seeks a highly motivated, professional, and dependable person to provide support for our corporate operations, project managers, and project staff. This position is ideal for someone looking for an entry-level opportunity to further explore and develop their skills within a corporate business environment since it will flex between a broad range of operations, accounting, finance, and business.
Responsibilities Include:- Implement projects that improve operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the company's goals.
- Support day-to-day operations/logistics of our multiple offices.
- Coordinate projects to support the operations of our multiple offices.
- Help maintain and develop office systems and procedures, and communicate these to the company.
- Problem solve by analyzing information; identifying and communicating potential solutions.
- Plan and coordinate company meetings and events.
- Be a resource for staff and Project Managers and for communication of corporate information to all staff.
- Candidates must be team players, possess a positive attitude and be well organized. Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team and coordinate multiple projects are extremely important qualities.
- Work closely with top management on a daily basis.
- Have the ability to learn about other areas of business.

Education:
- Ability to apply outstanding analytical and communication skills to initiate and support continuous improvement projects.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually.
- Knowledge of spreadsheet software.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 1-3 years experience preferred, but not required.
