This role is focused on supporting workforce-related processes through detailed administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable working within established workflows to ensure requests move efficiently through the required steps.
Key Responsibilities- Review and validate requests before they are approved and moved forward in the process.
- Manage checklist-driven activities and ensure all required steps are completed accurately.
- Perform reconciliation activities across multiple systems to ensure records, statuses, and process steps are aligned.
- Monitor request progress, identify discrepancies, and update related workflow steps as needed.
- Compile status updates and reporting to provide visibility into workforce requests and their current phase within the overall process.
- Support ongoing process execution while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience compiling information from multiple sources and communicating progress updates to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to combine and analyze data to tell a clear business story (advanced Excel skills are not required).
- Ability to create presentations and summarize information in PowerPoint.
- Preferred Experience
- Experience using request management, workflow, intake, or approval-based systems.
- Experience supporting workforce planning, workforce management, contingent labor programs, organizational changes, or similar operational functions.
- Familiarity with systems such as Beeline, Workday, or other workflow management tools is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with tools that facilitate moving requests through a defined process is highly valued, regardless of the specific platform.
