Gravie ICHRA Operation Analyst
As an ICHRA Operation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the smooth process of HRA and plan enrollments and how funding processes based on their status. Your responsibilities will be to process incoming forms and reports, process financial tasks, review documents, and complete audits. You will work closely with other departments to ensure successful customer support and member resolutions.
Your attention to detail, as well as experience with time management, will be crucial in meeting deadlines.
- Process financial reports that need to be completed within a timely manner.
- Process various incoming HRA forms from members to help them enroll and be reimbursed.
- Manually load HRA enrollments and plans for members.
- Support ICHRA Ops with HRA Management functions including, but not limited to: HRA enrollments, HRA tier audits, recoupments, and substantiation.
- Work with Account Management and Member Services to resolve financial tasks and escalations.
- Support the Application Coordinators with files submitted by members for processing.
- Understand the ICHRA enrollment process to be able to identify plan and premium discrepancies.
- Support ICHRA Operations Payment Analyst with plan/premium discrepancy research and financial adjustments.
- Actively work with the Financial Operations Analyst to research and resolve issues related to invoices.
- Be able to identify and submit issues in correlation to the member experience.
- Be willing to maintain a flexible work schedule, based upon the needs of the business.
- 1+ years experience in ICHRA Operations with experience in ICHRA enrollment, payments, and carrier relations.
- Ability to independently research, learn, and apply new techniques from self-study and external resources.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to distill insights that support informed decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
