Type: Part-Time Contractor (10–20 Hours per Week)
Location: Mostly remote but need to be in Minneapolis or surrounding area - three trips to Chicago, Mexico, and Canada

Rate: 90/hr - 1099 or C2C only

Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support strategic transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations, enterprise system deployments, business process changes, and organizational transformation efforts.
This consultant will work closely with the Practice Director to assume ownership of existing and upcoming client engagements, ensuring successful user adoption, stakeholder alignment, communication strategies, and organizational readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years of hands‑on OCM leadership experience supporting large‑scale technology and ERP implementations and has a proven track record of driving adoption, minimizing resistance, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Organizational Change Management efforts for ERP, enterprise system, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct organizational impact assessments to identify affected stakeholder groups, business processes, risks, and readiness factors.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
- Create and deliver executive-level strategic communications, stakeholder engagement plans, and change messaging.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and change readiness activities.
- Partner with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Develop change metrics, success measures, and adoption reporting.
- Identify organizational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support training strategy development and user enablement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams on change management best practices.
- Transition and manage active client projects currently being handed over by the Practice Director.
- 10–15 years of Organizational Change Management experience.
- Demonstrated success leading OCM activities for ERP implementations and enterprise‑wide technology transformations.
- Strong experience conducting organizational impact assessments and change readiness assessments.
- Experience supporting implementations involving ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar enterprise systems.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, executive communications, and change strategy development.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and system implementation life cycles.
- Experience creating communication plans, stakeholder maps, change roadmaps, and adoption metrics.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong consulting and client‑facing experience.
- PROSCI Change Management Certification strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent transformation initiatives.
- Experience with in healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, utilities, or large enterprise environments.
- Background working with PMOs, program management teams, and executive leadership.
- Additional certifications in Change Management, Project Management, Agile, or Organizational Development are a plus.
