Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Lead Business Services Consultant – Workforce Planning & Operations-EFT to join their team. As a Lead Business Services Consultant – Workforce Planning & Operations-EFT, you will be part of the Enterprise Functions Technology department supporting workforce strategy, planning, governance, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead Business Services Consultant – Workforce Planning & Operations

Location: Minneapolis, MN (preferred) or Charlotte, NC

What's the Job?

• Coordinate workforce planning and hiring activities, partnering with technology leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Manage workforce requests, approvals, and requisitions throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Execute operational processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple systems.
• Reconcile workforce data, validate records, and resolve workflow discrepancies.
• Develop and present workforce reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to senior leadership.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, business operations, or related fields.
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation development.
• Experience managing process-driven work with multiple stakeholders and systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear updates to stakeholders.
