Primekss is a global leader in sustainable, high-performance industrial concrete flooring technology. Founded in 1997 and operating in North America since 2012, we’ve delivered over 250 million square feet of jointless, fiber-reinforced slabs worldwide. We combine European engineering rigor with American hustle, operating a lean, fast-scaling team that values high trust, innovation, and direct access to leadership.
THE ROLEYou will serve as our primary on-site technical authority. You will oversee project execution, mix design verification, equipment management, and quality assurance across the US Midwest, East Coast, and Western Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Field Oversight & Quality Control: Execute pre-pour, pour, and post-pour jobsite visits to enforce specification compliance and safeguard the integrity of the PrīmX system.
- Technical Resource: Serve as the primary on-site lead for ready-mix coordination, batching, mix design verification, and concrete placement processes.
- Pre-Construction & Logistics: Lead pre-pour scheduling, align stakeholder expectations, and proactively mitigate project risks (schedule, cost, contractor performance).
- Equipment & Fleet Management: Maintain and troubleshoot a fleet of ~20 proprietary PrīmX dosing machines, coordinating repairs and training contractor crews.
- Partner Alignment: Act as the primary technical liaison connecting indirect partner networks, including licensed contractors, engineering firms, logistics providers, and European R&D support.
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on field experience in concrete construction, ready-mix operations, or concrete contractor management.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of mix designs, ready-mix operations, concrete placement, inspection checklists, and mechanical equipment troubleshooting.
- Leadership & Influence: Self-driven, highly adaptable communicator who can influence and lead indirect partner teams without direct hierarchical authority.
- Valid driver's license required.
- OSHA 30 certification required (or willingness to obtain prior to deployment).
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred (strong practical experience highly valued).
- Ability to travel ~60% (2-3 days/week on the road).
- Clear Career Growth: Direct pathway to Operations Manager taking full ownership of North America field operations
- Global Immersion: Onboarding includes a 2-3 week customized trip to Europe for immersion in corporate tech, R&D, and active job sites!
- Retirement: 401(k) with 4% employer match (eligibility rules apply).
- Generous PTO
- Travel Coverage: All travel expenses fully reimbursed + $70/day meal allowance.
- Relocation: Assistance available if needed
