Daily Pay is seeking a Scaled Client Success Manager to manage a high-volume portfolio of xSME clients within the Customer Office. You will resolve emerging issues and contribute to tasks that drive long-term retention and product adoption.
In this role you will build fluency with our success tools, monitor client health, support onboarding, renewals, and provide feedback to product. A 1–3 year track record in SaaS or fintech and Salesforce or Gainsight proficiency are preferred.
