Daily Pay is seeking a Scaled Client Success Manager to manage a high-volume xSME client portfolio and drive adoption of Daily Pay features. You will resolve client issues, monitor health, and support onboarding to ensure long-term retention and value realization.
You will work with Salesforce and Gainsight to track metrics, communicate value, and escalate complex issues when needed. A 1–3 year background in SaaS/fintech is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills.
