Salesforce Ecommerce Business Analyst (B2B Focus)

We are seeking a Business Analyst with Salesforce Ecommerce experience, ideally with a focus on B2B commerce environments, to support digital commerce initiatives and ongoing platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce Ecommerce (B2B Commerce preferred).
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (business, product, engineering) to translate needs into functional specifications.
• Support implementation and optimization of ecommerce features including catalog management, pricing, promotions, and checkout flows.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered effectively.
• Assist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance user experience, and drive operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–4+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Salesforce ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Ecommerce solutions (B2B Commerce highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of ecommerce fundamentals, including customer journeys and order lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface between business and technical teams.
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and payment processing integrations (e.g., gateways, billing, refunds).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Order Management or related platforms.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid or fully remote (flexible based on candidate location and team needs).

• This role is aligned to a competitive but budget-conscious pay range, targeting candidates in the early-to-mid career stage.
