Job Title
In this role, you will require in-depth knowledge and experience in Purchasing. You will use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve performance. You will solve complex problems by taking a new perspective using existing solutions and work independently with minimal guidance.
You will act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may direct the work of other staff members. Additionally, you may lead projects with limited risks and resources. Your role requires conceptual and practical experience in Purchasing and basic knowledge of related disciplines. You will need awareness of the competition, industry best practices, and the factors that differentiate Integer in the market.
You will develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems, exercising judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Your work will impact the achievement of goals and objectives within your team and other disciplines. Additionally, you will explain complex or sensitive information and work to build consensus.

- You will have defined Goals and Objectives specifying key projects and expected milestones to achieve.
- You will support other site and company initiatives to further continuous improvement in the areas of cost, delivery, and quality.
What sets you apart?
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is desired, along with at least four years of relevant experience; however, if you do not meet the education requirement, you may be considered with more than five years of relevant experience in purchasing.
- Proven track record of successful supplier relationship management, cost savings, and process improvement.
- You work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- You demonstrate the ability to lead team activities and act as a coach for other less experienced associates.
- You have a functional understanding of the Supplier Quality Management System and support the framework through the procedures and interactions with Quality and suppliers.
- Clear and professional communications to all levels of the organization are essential in this role, and you will have well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- You maintain a calm demeanor that transcends the high energy, constantly changing production environment.
- You possess a positive, can-do attitude with an underlying belief that failure is not an option.
- Proficiency in procurement technologies, data analysis, and industry trends
