Location:
Minneapolis, MN preferred / Charlotte, NC. Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (3 days onsite required). Contract Length: 6 months (potential extension). Pay Rate: $46 - $50/hr (OT40).

- Review and validate workforce requests prior to approval
- Manage checklist-driven workforce activities
- Track requests through approval and hiring workflows
- Monitor request status and identify process discrepancies
- Update workflow stages and supporting documentation
- Support hiring and recruiting readiness activities
- Support workforce planning and governance processes
- Assist with headcount tracking and workforce reporting
- Monitor workforce requests and approval activities
- Support organizational planning and operational execution
- Ensure compliance with workforce governance standards
- Compile reporting and workforce status updates
- Analyze information across multiple systems and data sources
- Support workforce metrics, dashboards, and leadership reporting
- Create PowerPoint presentations for leadership audiences
- Utilize Excel to organize, reconcile, and communicate workforce data
- Perform reconciliation across multiple systems
- Validate workforce records and process status alignment
- Investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution efforts
- Maintain data quality and reporting accuracy
- Partner with Technology Leaders, Business Service Leaders (BSLs), HR Teams, Recruiting Teams, Finance Teams, and Workforce Management Teams
- Provide status updates and reporting to stakeholders
- Facilitate communication and workflow transparency
In this contingent resource assignment, you will participate in moderately complex Technology Business Services initiatives supporting workforce planning, governance, and workforce operations across Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT). This role is highly process-oriented and serves as a key operational partner supporting workforce requests, hiring processes, staffing governance, reporting, and workforce-related activities. The successful candidate will coordinate activities across Technology, HR, Recruiting, Finance, and Workforce Management teams while ensuring requests move efficiently through established approval workflows and governance processes.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional who excels in structured environments, manages details effectively, and understands how operational activities impact broader workforce planning efforts.
