PCG (Project Consulting Group) is seeking an experienced M&A Program Manager to lead large, complex integration or divestiture programs. You will act as the hub of integration execution, owning governance, planning, risk, and stakeholder alignment to achieve synergy targets.
You will work with cross-functional teams, executive steering committees, and work streams, leveraging PCG’s TMO frameworks to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and a smooth transition to BAU.
