Lead Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help deliver valuable software to our clients and end-users while aligning to the company’s strategic business objectives. The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for research, analysis, refining and prioritizing scope, and writing detailed requirements for new products and product improvements throughout the Temp Works’ suite of products

  Refine and prioritize high level business scope for strategic software development project
• s.Perform research and analysis and engage with internal and external stakeholders to elicit business requirement
• s.Create features that align to the project scope, documenting detailed requirements and acceptance criteria on user stories enabling engineering teams to begin wor
• k.Develop and maintain process models, workflow diagrams, and other visual representations to illustrate current and proposed business processe

• s.Manage and prioritize the development team’s product backlog and work with the team to refine user stories through backlog refinemen
• t.Participate in team sprint ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, reviews, and retro
• s.Act as the liaison between development and internal/external stakeholder
• s.Perform internal knowledge transfers and product demonstrations to internal company trainer

• s.Develop and document business analyst methodologies and processes based on industry standards and best practice

• s.Implement a training program to onboard and train new business analyst
• s.Coach and mentor business analysts around career goals, challenges, and skill development. Proactively monitor and evaluate progress delivering timely, constructive feedback and remediation plan
