Medtronic’s Global Supply Chain Finance organization is building the future of finance through automation, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement. This team partners across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Digital Technology, and business teams to simplify processes, standardize reporting, implement automation solutions, and improve the quality and speed of financial insights.

* ** Lead and execute enterprise-wide automation and continuous improvement initiatives
** that transform financial processes, enhance operational efficiency, and create measurable business value across the Global Supply Chain Finance organization.
* ** Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact opportunities
** to eliminate manual activities, streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and increase organizational productivity.
* ** Partner strategically with Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, Operations, Supply Chain, and Digital Technology leaders
** to define business requirements, align priorities, and implement scalable, sustainable solutions.
* ** Design, develop, and deploy automated reporting, interactive dashboards, data models, and workflow solutions
** that improve visibility, accelerate decision-making, and enhance business performance.
* ** Champion the adoption of emerging technologies**, including AI, robotic process automation (RPA), advanced analytics, and digital tools, to modernize finance processes and elevate decision support capabilities.
* ** Build compelling business cases and implementation strategies
** that secure stakeholder alignment, prioritize investments, and accelerate value realization.
* ** Lead process discovery, process mapping, root-cause analysis, and solution design workshops
