Join our talented team as a Supply Chain Enablement Manager where you will be responsible for leading The Toro Company's supply chain transformation portfolio, driving enterprise-wide digital enablement initiatives that improve operational performance, supplier collaboration, and business scalability.
This role provides strategic leadership for the planning, governance, execution, and sustainment of complex, cross-functional transformation programs spanning procurement, sourcing, logistics, trade compliance and supplier collaboration. The position serves as the business leader for supply chain transformation initiatives, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value while aligning with enterprise strategy.
As a people and program leader, this role develops organizational capabilities, establishes project governance standards, mentors project resources, and partners closely with executive leadership, IT, Finance, Operations, and external technology partners to successfully implement enterprise solutions including SAP Business Network, SAP Ariba, Oracle Global Trade Compliance, and future digital supply chain platforms.
What Will You Do?Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
- Develop and execute the Supply Chain Transformation roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Lead a portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives across sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and supplier collaboration.
- Establish governance, prioritization, and performance metrics to ensure successful program delivery.
Program Leadership
- Direct complex cross-functional transformation programs from planning through implementation and sustainment.
- Manage project scope, budgets, risks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Provide executive-level communication, reporting, and issue resolution.
Organizational Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop project managers and transformation professionals.
- Build organizational capabilities in project management, change management, and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Change Management & Enablement
- Champion organizational change to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Ensure effective communication, training, and operational readiness across internal teams and external partners.
- Drive continuous improvement and maximize business value from technology investments.
JOB DIMENSIONS:
- Leads multiple enterprise transformation initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to understand and influence transformation that will impact manufacturing plants and office settings with different capabilities and systems.
- Provides direct and matrix leadership across global cross-functional teams.
- Influences executive decision-making and strategic priorities.
- Establishes governance and best practices for supply chain transformation.
- Operates with broad autonomy and accountability for business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, or business transformation.
- 5+ years leading enterprise-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams.
- A minimum of three years of demonstrated people leadership experience, including direct responsibility for hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development, is required for this role.
- Experience implementing SAP Business Network, SAP Ariba, or comparable enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and project governance.
- Demonstrated leadership, executive communication, and organizational change management skills.
- PMP certification preferred;
Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Prosci certification is a plus.
