The Role
We’re looking for a results-driven professional to join our Operations team. In this role, you’ll support high-impact operational initiatives, enhance client service delivery, and drive process and technology improvements across the firm. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is known for attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Advisors and Client Service Associates to deliver high-quality operational and client service support
- Prepare and review client meeting materials to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Facilitate digital account openings and support new client onboarding initiatives
- Maintain and update client portfolio data, including integrating external account information
- Ensure timely processing and delivery of client statements, reports, and deliverables
- Manage user accounts, workflows, dashboards, and administrative functions across core technology platforms
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to implement technology solutions that improve efficiency
- Identify innovation opportunities, industry trends, and best practices to enhance operations
- Support and co-lead internal training sessions focused on technology adoption and process improvement
- Troubleshoot operational and technical issues, providing scalable solutions
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in operations within a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm preferred
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to improve processes and contribute to team growth
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $24.22 – $33.31 per hour. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. Many roles are also eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives.
