The Enterprise Program Director - Interventional Urology serves as the bridge between strategy and execution across the Interventional Urology enterprise. Reporting to the President, this role translates strategic priorities into clear initiatives, accountable owners, governance mechanisms, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes. As an enterprise execution partner and cross‑functional integrator, the role facilitates alignment between functions, regions, resources, and capabilities around shared priorities while maintaining pace and accountability.
The Enterprise Program Director enables the President to remain focused on strategic leadership by ensuring key initiatives advance, stakeholders stay aligned, risks and dependencies are surfaced early, decisions are supported with clear options and trade‑offs, and commitments are followed through to completion in a highly regulated medical device environment.
- Partner with the President and GLT to translate IU strategy into a sequenced agenda with measurable milestones, decision points, and accountable owners.
- Own the President’s operating rhythm, including GLT meetings, business reviews, annual planning, mid-year recalibration, and leadership cycles, with clear purpose, decision rights, pre-read standards, and follow-through.
- Manage GLT agendas, pre-reads, minutes, decisions, and actions; maintain a single source of truth for meeting materials, commitments, and progress.
- Maintain a rolling 12–18-month strategic roadmap with owners, success measures, milestones, and checkpoints for major commitments.
- Lead the global annual business planning process, aligning functions and regions to timelines, operating plans, resource deployment, and talent priorities.
- Improve leadership forums through consistent templates, concise materials, clear metrics, and disciplined tracking of decisions and actions.
- Facilitate alignment across functions, regions, and work streams supporting shared priorities, helping teams clarify roles, dependencies, timelines, and decision needs.
- Maintain visibility to progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones; connect stakeholders and support timely problem-solving when work is off track.
- Strengthen communication and collaboration across initiative owners, ensuring relevant information, decisions, and changes are shared consistently.
- Support initiative owners in navigating governance and operating mechanisms, including portfolio reviews, resource allocation, R&D stage-gates, talent reviews, risk reviews, and planning cycles.
- Partner across R&D, clinical affairs, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, finance, HR, legal, and communications to coordinate execution of shared priorities.
- Identify interdependencies, potential gaps, duplication, or misalignment across work streams and help leaders resolve them quickly.
- Proactively identify synergy opportunities across teams, functions, regions, and business areas, including shared operating plans, resource needs, talent capabilities, and ways of working.
- Keep key stakeholders informed on priorities, progress, decisions, risks, and required actions through concise updates and executive summaries.
- Help frame leadership decisions by organizing information, clarifying options, identifying trade-offs, and highlighting risks or implications.
- Bring a broader enterprise perspective to leadership decisions by highlighting where Coloplast resources, talent, or operating plans can be better connected, leveraged, or sequenced.
- Capture decisions from leadership forums and translate them into clear action plans with owners, timelines, and success measures.
