The Enterprise Program Director - Interventional Urology serves as the bridge between strategy and execution across the Interventional Urology enterprise. Reporting to the President, this role translates strategic priorities into clear initiatives, accountable owners, governance mechanisms, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes. As an enterprise execution partner and cross-functional integrator, the role facilitates alignment between functions, regions, resources, and capabilities around shared priorities while maintaining pace and accountability.

The Enterprise Program Director enables the President to remain focused on strategic leadership by ensuring key initiatives advance, stakeholders stay aligned, risks and dependencies are surfaced early, decisions are supported with clear options and trade-offs, and commitments are followed through to completion in a highly regulated medical device environment.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, engineering, healthcare administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, strategy operations, transformation, commercial operations, or a related role. Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, work streams, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Demonstrated ability to establish structure, drive accountability, and maintain momentum in complex or ambiguous environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level summaries, presentations, and decision materials.

Ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, geographies, and levels of the organization. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in medical device, life sciences, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry. Experience supporting strategic planning, business reviews, governance forums, stage-gate processes, or executive operating mechanisms. Familiarity with regulatory, quality, clinical, commercial, manufacturing, or supply chain processes in a medical device environment. Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or similar certification. MBA or advanced degree, or equivalent practical experience.
