Summary

The Ash Group is hiring a Project Coordinator (24420) for our client, a major electricity and natural gas utility provider. This is a 12-month contract position working in Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid). We are offering a pay rate up to $24 per hour W2 based on skill set.

  • Compensation: $24/hr W2
  • Benefits:

Project Coordinator supports Demand Side Management within Energy Efficiency and Demand Response, coordinating high-volume rebate processing and program administration. The role spans residential and commercial programs, ensuring accurate eligibility validation and timely delivery of incentives. This position drives operational efficiency and contributes to the organization’s sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate high-volume rebate and work orders across residential and commercial programs
  • Validate customer eligibility, equipment qualification, and incentive amounts
  • Process applications submitted digitally, via PDF, and by physical mail
  • Manage shared Salesforce queues, working from oldest to newest
  • Use Salesforce dashboards to monitor progress and meet quotas
  • Communicate with third‑party vendors through Salesforce, email, or chat
  • Collaborate daily with team members via chat and shared performance metrics
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance with PUC‑regulated incentives
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to operational excellence

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in high‑volume, shared queue environments
  • Operational processing or program administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical and validation skills
  • Prior data entry or operations experience with modern systems
  • Experience working in a large corporate or cross‑functional environment
  • Utility or rebate experience
  • Self‑driven and highly motivated
  • Strong work ethic suitable for remote work
  • Team‑oriented mindset
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with PDFs, scanning, and document conversion
  • Exposure to rebate, utility, or regulated program environments
