Job Summary

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about improving operational performance? Canteen One is seeking a Loss Prevention Program Coordinator to help drive shrink reduction initiatives by coordinating loss prevention processes, tracking investigations, analysing reporting, and partnering with operations, finance, and client teams.

In this role, you'll monitor shrink activity, manage reporting and process exceptions, support theft investigations, coordinate billable shrink tracking, and identify opportunities to improve operational processes. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent execution and accountability across the business.

What You'll Do / Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily shrink and loss prevention processes
  • Monitor shrink submissions, follow up, and escalating issues when appropriate
  • Review operational reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Support theft and shrink investigations by coordinating, tracking, and partnering with loss prevention teams
  • Track billable shrink activity and collaborate to resolve invoice exceptions
  • Prepare reporting summaries and communicate findings / trends / updates
  • Help develop and refine standard operating procedures, reporting routines, and workflows
  • Build strong partnerships to support effective loss prevention programs.
What You'll Bring / Qualifications
  • Experience in operational support, process coordination, billing, reporting, or customer/client support
  • High school diploma with 5 years of relevant business experience; or Associate's degree with 3 - 4 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with or supporting: field operations, client teams, external partners, cross-functional business processes AR/AP, shrink, theft investigation tracking, micro-markets, or loss prevention is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, and experience working with reporting, ERP, or business systems
