Some things you can expect to do:
- Process Improvement & Innovation
Engage project teams to conduct root cause analysis to uncover underlying drivers of performance gaps, risk exposure, or execution delays.
- Design and implement solutions that may include changes to processes, tools, systems, or organizational structures.
- Monitor adoption and performance of implemented changes and adjust strategy based on feedback and measurable impact.
- Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support process standardization and scalability.
- Identify emerging and persistent data center industry challenges and collaborate with sector and other business leaders on deploying initiatives to address these
- Data Analytics
Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies across development, construction, and corporate functions using internal and external data sources.
Translate findings into compelling insights using dashboards, visualizations, and executive-ready narratives with clear metrics and data-driven KPIs.
Translate operational pain points into data requirements to identify collection opportunities with data engineering and field technology teams.
Function as a bridge between data analytics, technology teams, and operational leadership to ensure integrated solution design.
- Pursuing bachelor's / master's degree in business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and analytics platforms.
- Effective communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with project delivery, scheduling, or cost control tools (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet, Primavera) is a bonus.
The hourly base pay range is $20 - $25 per hour. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or incentive program.
