We are partnered with a longtime financial services client to bring on a talented Business Analyst.
This is not a traditional “ticket-taking” BA role. The team is looking for someone who can operate as a true bridge between business and technology. Someone who can partner closely with senior stakeholders across HR, finance, and enterprise systems initiatives.
- strong business systems/process orientation
- executive communication skills
- ideally experience within financial services, investment management, or similarly complex enterprise environments
Hybrid role 3 days a week onsite. Must be local to the Twin Cities.
