Project Assistant

Job Title

What You'll Do:

• Analysis, data entry, and database management of raw data
• Database manipulation, creation of formulas, and reports (Vision, Excel and Access based)
• Research, prioritize, and follow up on multiple incoming issues and concerns addressed to Project Managers and Business Unit Vice President
• Manage a variety of special projects for the Business Unit
• Act as backup to Business Unit Administrative Assistant
• Project scheduling and tracking of deliverables and due dates
• Assist with proposal preparation and invoicing
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-3 years of database management, project administration or similar experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Project (preferred), Excel (expert preferred), Access (helpful) and Power Point
• Associate or bachelor's Degree preferred

• This position pays between $20 and $23 hourly and is a non-exempt position. Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
  
  Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
