Job Description & How to Apply Below

The Senior Product Analyst helps product teams make data-informed, market-aware, user-centered, and financially grounded decisions across cellular therapy, service, software, and platform products. Embedded in the Product organization, this role partners with Product Managers, Product Owners, UX, Operations, Technology, Analytics, Finance, Commercial, and other cross-functional stakeholders to clarify needs, assess opportunities, shape product decisions, support go-to-market readiness, and measure outcomes that improve product performance and advance mission impact.

The Senior Product Analyst brings a product mindset: translating ambiguity into clear options, evaluating customer needs, market opportunity, operational feasibility, financial implications, current-state processes, and product or platform capability fit, and turning evidence into recommendations that improve customer experience, operational effectiveness, financial performance, and measurable business value. This role supports product work from discovery and opportunity assessment through product development, requirements and backlog readiness, launch readiness, adoption measurement, and ongoing optimization.

Specific emphasis will vary by product line; all Senior Product Analysts are expected to bring strong product thinking, analytical judgment, customer orientation, and evidence-based recommendation development. This role is ideal for a senior analyst who wants to use product thinking, data, market insight, and operational understanding to improve products that support the organization’s mission to save lives through cellular therapy.

  • Partner with Product, Finance, Commercial, Operations, Analytics, and Technology partners to evaluate product performance, demand signals, revenue growth opportunities, and cross-product or portfolio implications.
  • Translate market, financial, operational, and performance insights into recommendations that inform product strategy, product development, roadmap priorities, go-to-market planning, lifecycle decisions, and trade-off decisions.

Product, Process & Platform Fit Analysis:
