Senior Business Analyst

Messerli Kramer P.A., a Minneapolis-based law firm, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across litigation, corporate, and financial services practices. In this professional, collaborative environment, you will partner with attorneys and firm leadership to analyze financial, operational, and client data, develop dashboards and KPIs, and support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability initiatives. You will translate business needs into actionable insights, present recommendations, and help refine processes in a high-performance, client-focused setting with strong opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and leadership to analyze financial, operational, and client data
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking processes
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on data quality and reporting tools
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
