Primary liaison with key business stakeholders and IT/development team in the analysis and delivery of enhancements, projects, and products. Elicit, analyze, and document clear, concise, detailed business requirements and ensure technical requirements & design meet and support the business needs. Identifies opportunities for improvement in the SDLC and PDLC, makes recommendations, and advocates for improvements as appropriate. Must possess an advanced knowledge level in more than one Allianz business line with basic understanding of the other business lines.

You report to the Sr. Director of User Experience and Digital Solutions.

• Lead the building business cases outlining scope and identifying stakeholders; facilitates and documents As Is, To Be and Gaps Analysis of Business processes
• Elicit, analyze and document clear, concise, detailed business requirements and ensures technical requirements & design meet and support the business needs
• Leads, plans, coordinates, and executes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the solution delivered meets the business needs
• Leads and creates business readiness plans, including communication, training, and production validation
• Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)

8+ years' experience required in financial and/or insurance industry including relevant technical and business experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.

Job posting range $83,. Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees.

Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
