Project Coordinator - Onsite

10 is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for a with a Major Financial Services Firm located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 9+ month opportunity with option to go perm. This role requires 4 days on site a week.

Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
This role will support a fast-moving program focused on a platform replacement for a trust product. The Project Coordinator will work closely with an experienced Project Manager to drive day-to-day mechanics, including meeting management, tracking action items, preparing status materials, and maintaining documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to grow into a Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support an experienced Project Manager with day-to-day project and program coordination
• Support meeting management and document meeting takeaways and action items
• Track and follow up on project activities and action items
• Support the creation of program status materials
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Use MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint to support project execution and reporting
• Coordinate across project activities and work streams within a fast-moving environment
• Potentially take ownership of a smaller project or workstream while working alongside an experienced Project Manager
• Prepare effective first drafts of project materials that may be used in interactions with program leadership
• Work with primarily one Project Manager, with the possibility of supporting a second PM within the program

Primary Requirements:

• Project coordination experience
• Experience supporting meeting management, meeting takeaways, and action-item follow-up
• Experience preparing project/program status information and project documentation
• Experience with MS Project
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Power Point
• Demonstrated drive, initiative, and willingness to dig into the work
• Ability to get up to speed quickly and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment

Desired Skills:

• Financial services experience
• One Plan experience
• Experience using Copilot or other AI productivity capabilities
• Experience taking ownership of a smaller project or workstream
• Interest in growing into a Project Manager role
