- High school diploma, preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to positively interact with youth and support their development
- Previous experience working with youth preferred
- Seeking staff for the following shifts:
- Elementary: 1:45pm - 4:45pm or 1:30pm - 6:15pm
- High School: 3:15pm - 6:15pm or 3:15pm - 7:45pm
- Must be able to go outside daily
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds
- Must be able to supervise up to 20 students at a time

Engages groups of students in out-of-school time program activities, creates high-quality lesson plans for activities in areas of youth interest that target social and emotional learning goals, ensures the safety and well-being of all students in the program. Flexibility to support youth and program needs as they change on a daily basis is required.
Qualifications- Must be 17 years of age or older
- High school diploma, preferred
