What could be better than working four days on, three days off? The Elite Nanny Team is recruiting a full-time childcare provider near Richfield, Minnesota, USA
. We are looking for a caregiver from Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, on a long-term basis. Former year-round nannies who work full-time are encouraged to apply

The parents have two children who need consistent care in their home. They have a 6yo and a 3yo. The first one is very active and intelligent. LO is happiest when he is engaged in creating fun crafts and art. In the fall, LO will be attending a bilingual Spanish immersion school full-time while you are working.

Ideal candidates have previously worked as a nanny,
babysitter
, or teacher's assistant in daycare.

The little one is quieter. LO enjoys playing with dolls, singing toddler songs, and working on the alphabet. LO is currently on one nap and is a great eater. There is a possibility LO will enter part-time preschool in the fall, but this will not take away from your hours.

The family is originally from Minnesota and recently moved back from New York City. They love hiking, eating at international restaurants, and encourage Hispanic cultural values.

The parents would love to find a nanny who uses a balance of positive reinforcement and boundary-setting. Please be familiar with establishing and maintaining boundaries for children. We would love it if you encouraged the children to be respectful.

As a full-time nanny near Minneapolis, your nanny duties will include a moderate level of cleaning, preparing and cooking meals, unpacking groceries, and maintaining the household.

The children need transportation; please have a car that can fit two car seats.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 an hour full-time plus time and a half over forty hours per week

• Experience managing multiple children (such as doing playdates or in a school setting)
• May need familiarity with choking prevention and changing diapers.
• Provable work history as a toddler childcare expert.
• Familiarity with emergency preparedness protocol.
• You are a team player with fantastic communication skills.
• You tend to make solid decision-making skills and an interest in taking the initiative.
• You will have impressive organizational skills.

• Please be legally authorized to work in the United States
• A high school degree, GED, or equivalent
• The nanny will need a reliable car that can fit two car seats and a clean driving record.
• Open to CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience as a teaching assistant, a toddler teacher, or an infant lead teacher in a daycare.
• We appreciate excellent knowledge of age-appropriate developmental activities
• Candidates with college or university degrees who have majored in Early Childhood Education (ECE) are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with Childhood Development Accreditation (CDA) certification favored.
