We’re looking for a seasoned, proactive, and technically skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team and lead jobsite execution on commercial and mixed-use projects. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, manage subcontractors, ensure schedules are met, and uphold our commitment to excellence and safety on every project.

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through final closeout
• Maintain accurate and detailed daily jobsite logs
  , including labor tracking, material deliveries, safety inspections, and progress updates
• Monitor the jobsite to ensure safe working conditions at all times
  ; enforce full OSHA compliance and Structura’s strict safety protocols
• Complete and manage OSHA logs, incident reports
  , and site safety documentation in accordance with regulatory and company requirements
• Conduct daily safety briefings
  , toolbox talks, and enforce compliance with all site-specific safety plans
• Manage project documentation in real time, including RFIs, field reports, photos, and inspection records using Procore, Teams, and One Drive
• Oversee project record keeping
  , ensuring all construction activities are logged and documentation is organized, accessible, and audit-ready
• Verify subcontractor pay applications by validating percent completion, work-in-place, and site presence
• Certify subcontractor work completion and coordinate inspections to confirm contract scope has been met prior to payment approvals
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Owners, Inspectors, and Subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and in full compliance with scope and specs

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
• Deep technical knowledge in construction methods, materials, building codes, and sequencing
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and jobsite logistics from ground-up through final punch
• Familiarity with Procore
  , Microsoft Teams
  , and One Drive
• Strong documentation and reporting practices
• Ability to read and interpret plans, shop drawings, and specifications
• Safety-first mindset, enforcing site compliance and workplace standards
• Based out of our Minneapolis, MN office
• Must be able to travel to job sites within the Twin Cities metro and surrounding areas
• Salary Range
  : $65,000 – $75,000+ (commensurate with experience)
