Salary: $120,000 - $165,000 per year

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through close-out. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven record of delivering complex commercial builds.

• Manage all phases of ground-up construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, execution, and close-out.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including superintendents, project engineers, and support staff.
• Oversee project budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, contract requirements, and company procedures.
• Drive clear communication, accountability, and collaboration across all stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 6–10+ years of commercial construction experience, with a strong focus on ground-up projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction project management software and tools.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and ethical construction practices.
