Traveling Construction Superintendent Sleepy Eye, MN (Travel Role) $75,000–$120,000 DOE | Hotels Paid + Mileage Start:
February 22, 2026 | 3‑Year Contract

Aerotek is hiring a hands‑on Traveling Construction Superintendent to support equipment installs and site operations on agricultural facility projects. This role is for someone who works in the field
, stays close to the crews, and leads by doing—not a desk‑based PM.

• Work directly on active construction sites
• Coordinate equipment delivery and installation
• Lead subcontractors in the field (electricians, installers, labor crews)
• Troubleshoot issues on‑site and keep work moving
• Manage daily schedules and final inspections

• Field‑first superintendent or construction lead
• Comfortable jumping in to help crews and solve problems on‑site
• Experience with commercial or agricultural construction
• Strong communication and scheduling skills
• Valid driver’s license

• Daily field oversight
• Travel with consistent project flow
• Long‑term, stable work
• All hotels covered + mileage

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
