Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage large scale, tenant-occupied affordable housing projects in Minnesota, with potential projects in Minneapolis and Duluth. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of multifamily construction experience, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and must be OSHA 30 certified. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of construction, managing resources, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining daily reports.

Computer proficiency with software like Timberline and Raken is necessary.
