This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Drywall and Metal Framing Site Supervisor in Minneapolis, MN. The Site Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising crews, coordinating tasks, inspecting progress, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role also involves effective communication with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to address and resolve site challenges.

• Hands‑on expertise in drywall on wood or metal, and metal framing.
• Experience in taping.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team‑management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Experience with safety protocols and regulations in construction.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to the Minneapolis, MN area daily.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is a plus.
• Will be working on a variety of projects from TI spaces to schools and apartments.
