Concrete Estimator

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily, and office markets. • Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction, including labor and material costs.
• Utilize conceptual design and value engineering as needed.
• Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans.
• Develop and manage estimates on multiple simultaneous projects.
• Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational, and office markets.
• Experience working on projects valued up to $50M.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience.

• A base salary of $70,000–$160,000 based on your experience.
