* Constant communication with the owner/client about progress and conflict management

* Experience managing self-perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30MExceptional customer and client relation skills  Knowledge of schedule and budget creation, control, and monitoring  Contract and subcontract development and management experience  Financial forecasting experience (estimates to and at completion, cash, and cost flow) Knowledge of Standard Word Instructions (SWIs), and controlling/implementing sitewide quality programs effectiveness
