Project Manager; Single Family Remodeling

Small Company looking for a High Impact Project Manager!

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Our client is a residential remodeling contractor specializing in high-quality single-family home renovations, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and full-home transformations. The company takes pride in delivering personalized, detail-driven projects that enhance both the functionality and aesthetic of each home. • Oversee all phases of single-family remodeling projects from pre‑construction through closeout
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications and building codes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing consistent updates and managing expectations
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship
• Manage change orders, project documentation, and cost tracking
• Identify and proactively resolve project challenges to maintain schedule and budget

• 3–7+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling project management
• Strong knowledge of single-family renovation processes (kitchens, baths, additions, etc.)
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and organizational skills
• Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with project management software (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or similar is a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local job sites

• Background working with a design-build or residential remodeling firm
• Experience with high-end or custom home renovations
• OSHA or other safety certifications
