Small Company looking for a High Impact Project Manager!
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

- Oversee all phases of single-family remodeling projects from pre‑construction through closeout
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams
- Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications and building codes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing consistent updates and managing expectations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship
- Manage change orders, project documentation, and cost tracking
- Identify and proactively resolve project challenges to maintain schedule and budget
- 3–7+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling project management
- Strong knowledge of single-family renovation processes (kitchens, baths, additions, etc.)
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and organizational skills
- Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with project management software (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or similar is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local job sites
- Background working with a design-build or residential remodeling firm
- Experience with high-end or custom home renovations
- OSHA or other safety certifications
