Job Superintendent – Industrial Tenant Improvement (TI) Construction

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Job Superintendent to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of superintendent experience managing commercial construction projects, with a strong preference for candidates who have extensive experience in industrial tenant improvement (TI) projects
. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The Superintendent will work closely with project managers and architects to facilitate effective communication and efficient project execution.

• Manage day-to-day field operations for industrial TI and commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Conduct site safety meetings and enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Monitor project quality and ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize project delays.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and project records.
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
• Foster a professional, productive, and safety-focused jobsite environment.

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong preference for experience managing industrial tenant improvement (TI) projects
  , including warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and industrial facility renovations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex project schedules.
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, building systems, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and digital reporting tools is preferred.
• OSHA certification and other relevant safety certifications are a plus.
