Project Manager​/Estimator; Office Based

Top Tier Project Manager / Estimator opportunity with a Carpentry and Demolition Subcontractor! Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per year.

Our client is a well-established specialty contractor with over three decades of experience delivering high-quality demolition and carpentry services across a wide range of commercial construction projects. • Estimating
• Perform detailed takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates for demolition and carpentry scopes.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents to fully understand project scope.
• Conduct site visits and job walk‑throughs to validate conditions and identify risks.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and value engineering options for clients.
• Maintain and utilize historical cost data to improve estimating accuracy.
• Manage multiple bids simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Project Management
• Oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Review contracts, schedules, and procurement needs.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to execute work effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and general contractors.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates on progress, scope, and cost.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, project management, or related role.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Solid understanding of building systems, construction methods, and sequencing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with construction software and tools (e.g., estimating software, project management platforms, Microsoft Office).
• Interest in both estimating and project management.
