Job Details Core Responsibilities
  • Provide overall onsite leadership and supervision for multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety programs.
  • Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid schedule delays or cost impacts.
  • Conduct daily site walks, coordination meetings, and progress reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and ownership teams.
  • Maintain project documentation including daily logs, reports, inspections, and punch lists.
  • Lead project closeout activities and ensure successful turnover.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily construction projects.
  • Proven experience managing ground‑up multifamily projects such as podium, wrap, or large apartment developments.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, budgets, and timelines.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience with construction management software is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years of commercial or multifamily construction experience.
  • Experience with projects valued at $20M+.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
