We are seeking a highly skilled, dedicated, and results‑driven Superintendent with a strong background in design‑build projects in the construction industry. This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in overseeing the successful completion of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in site management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to create and implement design plans.
  • Manage and supervise on‑site construction teams to ensure work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
  • Resolve any on‑site issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and forecasts.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Implement and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Provide on‑site leadership and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Superintendent role within the construction industry, with a specific focus on design‑build projects.
  • Proven experience in site management, including managing teams, coordinating subcontractors, and overseeing project schedules and budgets.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • In‑depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully completing projects to a high standard, on time and within budget.
  • Proficient in construction management software packages.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Commitment to adhering to all safety standards and promoting a safe work environment for all staff.
