Pay Range: $140000 - $180000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical preconstruction and estimating efforts for mission-critical/data center projects.
• Develop conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and cost models.
• Perform electrical quantity takeoffs and scope reviews.
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor pricing.
• Support value engineering, constructability reviews, and procurement planning.
• Partner with project teams, owners, architects, and engineers during preconstruction.
• Assist with project scheduling, cost forecasting, and risk evaluation.
• Mentor junior estimators and support business development efforts.
