Park Construction Company, a regional Highway/Heavy contractor established in Minneapolis, is searching for an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman. The right person will demonstrate a high safety standard, leadership skills, and ability to work in a team environment.

This position is within Park's Paving division, and will work on projects in the Minneapolis – St. Paul metropolitan area. Park offers an excellent salary, benefit package, and promotional opportunities.

Requirements:

• Foreman experience in the highway, street and bridge construction industry
• Generally-accepted construction methods for this industry
• High school or equivalent
• Lead and organize skilled workers
• Use and direct the use of heavy equipment pertinent to this industry, as well as with light equipment and tools
• Use packaged software on laptop computer
• Understand construction document requirements and blueprints to a sufficiently high degree
