This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely delivery and quality results. Responsibilities include developing project timelines, managing budgets, liaising with clients and subcontractors, supervising on-site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Strong skills in Project Coordination and general Project Management
• Proficiency in financial planning, including Budgeting and cost estimation
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities to manage teams and resolve construction challenges
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Understanding of safety and building regulations
• Previous experience in restoration services or related fields is a plus
