Project Coordinator
Ready to be the person who keeps major construction and infrastructure projects moving? We're hiring a Project Coordinator to manage the moving pieces behind commercial, civil, utility, energy, and data center projects. This is a growth-driven role where you'll serve as the hub between customers, engineers, manufacturing, logistics, and project teams.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate multiple construction projects from kickoff to completion
- Review plans, drawings, reports, and project documentation
- Manage RFIs, submittals, engineering approvals, and revisions
- Track material availability, manufacturing schedules, and deliveries
- Create quotes and sales orders while supporting project billing
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, installers, and customers daily
- Keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of construction project coordination experience
- Ability to read construction plans and drawings
- Experience with project schedules, materials, vendors, and documentation
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Foundation, geotechnical, civil, utility, or construction industry experience preferred
- AutoCAD experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
- $80,000-$120,000+ salary
